Fee Schedule

• Consultation for new clients (one time charge): $60.00
• Acupuncture Treatment: $80.00
• Pre-pay for 5 sessions: $375.00
• Pre-pay for 10 sessions: $700.00
• Consultation for herb: $50.00/each visit
• Home/Hospital calls: $200.00

*No refund on all package. Paid packages expire 2 years from the purchase date. Paid packages are refundable in 2 years from the purchase date, except full charge for the treatment you get!

We understand that there are times when you will need to cancel and/or re-schedule your appointment. We are pleased to accommodate your needs.

It is our policy, however, that all cancellations and/or re-scheduling occur at least two business days prior to the date of your appointment.

A fee of $50.00 will be charged if your cancellation/re-scheduling is not completed at least two business days prior to the date of your appointment.

What type of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) as forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to Fan Acupuncture Clinic.

Each insurance company has many different plans, some pay for acupuncture, some doesn’t. You can call customer service and ask if you have acupuncture benefit. the customer service phone no. usually on the backside of your insurance card.

Acupuncture treatment can be as little as once a month, also can be twice a week, and for sever pain, you maybe suggest once another day. For fertility patients, we usually suggest 1- 2 times a week.

Acupuncture does not have any side effects if it is done correctly. But some patients will suffer from weakness, bruise and sensitive for couple days.

For the initial visit, it usually takes about 1.5 hour include consultation and treatment. Flow up visit will take about one hour.

Acupuncture Is not really painful. But when the needles are inserted ,you may experience a sensation of tingling, numbness, warmth and electricity. Dr Shi (# Dr for Stroke)alway says: no feeling, no work!
